When you purchase a program or service from NUU GLO, we collect the personal information you provide to us including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. This information is used to contact you to schedule and reschedule appointments, update you on the status of the program or service, deliver the program or service purchased. 

The personal information you provide to us may also be used for marketing purposes (for example, direct email marketing). By purchasing a program or service from us you consent to have your email address added to a NUU GLO email list. The purpose of this is to inform you of upcoming news, events, new programs, services and products, updates, promotions, and contests pertaining to NUU GLO.

Payment

NUU GLO does not store credit card or debit card information. This website is currently running on Squarespace. Squarespace does not collect or store your payment information. Read Squarespace’s Privacy Policy. 

When you purchase a program or service through nuuglo.com, your personal information is disclosed to a third party service provider, PayPal, for payment of NUU GLO’s programs and/or services. PayPal stores your credit card data. For more information on PayPal’s collection, use, and disclosure of your information, we encourage you to read Paypal’s User Agreement and PayPal’s Privacy Statement. 

Third-Party Services

The third-party service providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. The types of third-party services we use include analytics providers, online marketing platforms, and payment processors.

For example, we use Mailchimp as our online marketing platform for NUU GLO’s e-newsletters. Mailchimp also collects information about your device, such as IP address, and interaction with NUU GLO’s e-newsletters by using cookies and other tracking technologies. By signing up for NUU GLO’s e-newsletter and interacting with NUU GLO’s e-newsletters, you agree to Mailchimp’s collection and use of personal information.
